ENGR.SULAIMON IBIKUNLE TELLA (Managing Director/CEO)

Engr. S.I. Tella is the managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of the company. He joined IPWA Plc. on the 8th of May 2006. Prior to this appointment he had worked in various paints and chemical compounds companies in the management cadre and has cumulatively over 27 years experience in the manufacturing sector. He is a seasoned engineer from the university of Braunshweig in Germany and holds an MBA degree of the university of Lagos. He has attended management development training courses both locally and overseas. He is a member of the institute of Engineering, United Kingdom and also a member of the institute of Investment Managing and Research.

CHIEF FOLORUNSHO DANIYAN (Executive Director)

A graduate of Agriculture Economics from the University of Ife, he has wide working experience spanning over several years and in different sectors. Upon graduation, he worked with Afribank Plc in various capacities , at several times he served as Head Credit and Agricultural Finance in the Northern Sector of the bank. He left Afribank Plc for Premier commercial Bank as Head Credit officer nationwide from which he left for private business. He serves on the board of several companies in Nigeria and was also a special Adviser to the Kogi State Government.

MR. S.O. IMORU (Financial Controller)

Mr. S.O. Imoru is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He qualifies in England in 1969 and thereafter worked in various industries in England. He served as accountant in Zambia, Central Africa (1971-1974). He returned to Nigeria in 1975 to work for the reputable Henkel Chemicals Nigeria as Chief Accountant after which he served as their Financial Controller in charge of finance and administration. in 1990 he set up a mangement consultancy services firm from which joined the board of directors I.B.S Nig. Limited in February 1992. His directors duties with I.B.S and its subsidiaries spanned over 5 years from which he joined IPWA Plc as consultant in 1997 before being confirmed as the substantive Financial Controller of the company.

MR. E.O. DADA (AGM Sales/Marketing)

He is a graduate of Chemistry from the university of Ibadan. He has over 17 years hand-on experience in sales operation and marketing. Joined IPWA Plc. in as a division manger in December 2001 and later became the
Head Sales and Marketing on January 2006. He is currently the AGM Sales/ Marketing.

MR. JOHN IDOWU (Chief Chemist)

He is a graduate of Pure and Applied Chemistry form Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and also a PDG Marketing from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism. He is also a member of the Nigerian institute of Management. He Joined IPWA Plc. in 1991 as an NYSC member, staffed in 1992. He acquired over 15 years experience in Paints and Allied Industry.

MR. JOSEPH A. ADEBAYO (Chief Internal Auditor) B.Sc, ACA, ACIT

He is a graduate of the university of Ibadan where he obtained a B.Sc degree in Economics. He attended Huddersfield university (UK) Emile Woolf College of Accountancy (Holbonre, London) where he qualified as an Associate of Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (ICMA) United Kingdom in 1990. He is also an Associate member of the institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He obtained PDG (Marketing) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom,2003. He has worked with various reputable organisations before he joined IPWA Plc. in 2004 as Chief Internal Auditor.

MR. RUFUS Z. ONIPINSAIYE (Divisional Manager M/PC)

An HND holder in Purchasing and Supply from Kaduna Polytechnic, he is also a member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria. He joined IPWA Plc. in 1991 as a stock controller and has served in various departments at different capacities. He is currently in the company’s Sales and Marketing Department as a Divisional Manger (M/PC).

MRS. SARAH OLA AYODELE (Division Manager, Planning)

She holds the HND qualification in purchasing and Supply from Kwara State polytechnic, Ilorin in 1988. She joined IPWA Plc. in March 1990 as Purchasing Superintendent. She is currently the Divisional Manager, Planning. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, she has cognate work experience of over 22 years.

MR. ISMAILA ADEDOKUN (Senior Production Manager)

Mr. Adedokun holds a Diploma in Sales Marketing and another Diploma in Business Administration. He has served at various time as a production executive  and Assistant Production manager before he was promoted to Senior Production Manager.

MR S.B. OKE (AGM Human Resource/Administration)

He holds a diploma in Business Administration. With experience spanning over 20 years in many multinational companies, he has equally held various positions in IPWA Plc. before he was promoted to AGM (HR/ Admin).

MR.BUSOLA DANIYAN (Divisional Manager, Customer Service Unit)

Mr. Daniyan attended Kaduna polytechnic where he obtained a certificate in Supervisory management and Diploma in Management Studies. He was formerly P.A to Executive Director Manager (Customer Services) before he was promoted to Division Manager (Customer Service Unit).
